As part of the Hackensack community, our business is helping our town thrive.
Why you should Shop Local at Brother's Carpet & Flooring, Inc.
Being a part of the Carpet One family means we are a member of a flooring retail cooperative. Although we are a part of a large cooperative, we are still a locally owned and operated retailer. Being locally owned helps us better serve our community and in turn, there are several benefits to shopping locally.
By contributing to local causes, we are able to learn what is important to our customers and our community as a whole. At Brother's Carpet & Flooring, we not only care about local causes but also about national causes as well such as Building for America’s Bravest. Small businesses also donate 250% more to non-profits and community causes than larger businesses, according to the Seattle Good Business Network.
Main Street Business Alliance
Hackensack, NJ is our home, and it’s important for us to help improve our local economy. Our very own Steve Mandaro and George Venarchik are proud to serve as Executive Board Members for the Main Street Business Alliance.

Making-It-Home
Brothers Carpet & Flooring pairs with an initiative called Making-It-Home, which is a program of the Bergen Volunteer Center. It is a public/private partnership where anyone can give furnishings for people moving from emergency shelters into new apartments. These people are typically low income individuals who are veterans, disabled, or have other needs.
